Beacon Flow is a free community event designed to showcase the abundance of talented musicians and skilled wellness professionals in our region, while also offering Hudson Valley residents a free opportunity to connect and engage in mindful activities that promote relaxation, inspiration and wellbeing.

Immerse yourself in unique, rejuvenating experiences and FREE wellness presentations led by skilled wellness presenters, offering everything from playful circle singing and flowing yoga to energy-boosting tai chi, calming meditation, harmonizing chanting, and soothing sound baths.

Explore a vibrant collection of local artists, artisans, food vendors, and wellness practitioners offering handcrafted goods, nourishing bites, holistic products, and unique creations. Discover one-of-a-kind artwork, shop for wellness essentials, and sign up for mini wellness sessions such as massage, acupuncture, compression therapy, and more, all provided by experienced healing practitioners.

Relax in the grass as you enjoy inspiring FREE performances by musicians, bands, songwriters, and composers, creating the perfect soundtrack to relax, recharge, and energize your day while fostering connection and community.
